We’ve just received a great story from one of our satisfied customers and wanted to share it with you:

My wife and I recently spent 13 months travelling around Australia towing a heavily laden Nissan Patrol Wagon and Track Topaz off-road van. The plan was to explore as many iconic off-road locations as possible, including the isolated beaches of the South East Coast of Western Australia, the Pilbara, Gibb River Road /Kimberley, Top End, Savannah Way along the Gulf, Cape York, the Simpson Desert, the High Country of NSW and Victoria, and the East Coast of Australia.

I had a few mates running similarly laden rigs kitted with Cooper STT tyres on second or third sets, so I was keen to give them a run.

The STT’s performed brilliantly during the trip regardless of surface and with limited road noise. Despite being an aggressive tyre, they also work well in sand providing you reduce them to an appropriate pressure and drive accordingly. In addition to the above terrain, we also had some fun at Queensland’s Landcruiser Mountain Park and the Beerburrum State Forest, near the Glass House Mountains, where the STT’s revelled in the conditions.
