It is reassuring to travel to so many remote places without having to worry about being let down by tyre problems.
I have been all over Cape York, Victorian High Country, NSW Corner Country, Birdsville Track, Oodnadatta Track, Strzelecki Track, Simpson Desert, Fraser Island. So far my current set has done 45 000km, expect to get another 20 000km out of them.
The AT3 Light Truck is a good all-round tyre, which is quiet on the bitumen but is rugged enough to cope with the toughest off-road tracks. I have had a trouble-free ride on my Coopers. By paying attention to the correct pressures I have been to so many wonderful places without one puncture.
